Henderson (Nevada) Supervisors Received Extraordinary Raises, In View Of These Hard Times
Updated On: Jan 25, 2010 (15:10:00)

Henderson (Nevada) supervisors received extraordinary raises, in view of these hard times

The Henderson Police Supervisors Association is in the middle of a 3 year contract, negotiated with the help of personnel now with CWA and the Nevada Association of Public Safety Officers (NAPSO), that included a 4% increase the 1st year; payment by the employer of 1% of the base salary to a health savings plan; an identical percentage increase that is negotiated by the rank and file officers in the 2nd and 3rd years; beginning the 1st year, a new wage schedule is implemented to reflect an increased 25% hourly wage differential between police and corrections Officers and their Sergeants, and an increased 20% hourly wage differential between police and corrections Sergeants and their Lieutenants.
